Projected Village Construction Schedule 2023
May 27-29: Orientation on Memorial Day week.
June 3-4: Vegie management, Decon and beginning preparation and foundation of H&H Youth Power, on the 1st weekend of June.
June 10-11, June 17-18, June 24-25: Booth Construction will take place on the 2nd and 3rd weekend of June. Both booth rebuilds will happen at the same time so we can overlap tools and needs.
We cannot do a full inventory of additional repairs until Fair construction does its inspection. It is difficult to do so not knowing the full workload. I do believe we have the beginnings of a permanent crew building. The booth rep participation in forming construction coordination for each booth has been working well. Overview Remaining village meetings before fair in 2023 will be in person, for more information call 541-521-7208 or email tim@gwproj.com Unitarian Universalist Church, 1685 W 13th Ave, Eugene 7pm sharp, always on the second Thursday of each month. (no meeting in August or December, Stand for Council in October, Sept & Nov optional) Coordinating Council meets monthly on the third Thursday of the month, 7 pm via Zoom. For Zoom access, email ocfcvcc@Gmail.com . OCF Board of Directors meets at Northwest Youth Corps, 2621 Augusta, Eugene the first Monday of each month at 7pm. | Teddy Bear Picnic | Saturday, August 19, 2023 Teddy Bear Picnic, 2pm-dusk, Fair Site, Main Stage Meadow-bring a dish of food and stay the night – and CLEAN UP when you leave. |
