Group Eligibility Form for Community Village

This page contains the 2019 Community Village Eligibility Form for a GROUP.

Changes for 2019:

You must enter an email address in the form, and a copy of your filled out form will be e-mailed to that e-mail address. That is your copy.
If you made a mistake, you can go back and edit the form by clicking on “EDIT RESPONSE” in the upper left corner of the email.
You will be asked to forward the copy of your email to your Booth Coordinator. They can then add their notes (by clicking on the above “edit response”) regarding your eligibility to your form.

Still the same:

Your booth coordinator will be given access to all the submitted forms, stored in individual booth folders on Google Drive.
You can ask for help if you need it, from your booth coordinator or any friendly Villager…
You still can’t afford to be late. The deadline is the end of the April 11 Village meeting. All submitted info will be available to the booth coords by midnight on Saturday, April 13, 2019.

Community Village is a part of the Oregon Country Fair Family and is dedicated to education, information access, and networking for progressive social change. We create a spiritual center manifesting the Village Vision of love, peace, trust, justice, cooperation, equality, and social service. By believing in dreams, thinking of others, valuing differences, and experimenting with new ideas, we hope to expand our consciousness, growing beyond the Fair into the world at large.

WE AGREE

We agree to not engage in hear-say and to encourage others to not participate in hear-say.
We agree to speak with honor, integrity and respect about each other;
in the event we have constructive criticism to share, we will talk to each other directly,
though using another as a sounding board is OK.
We agree to try to operate from a place of trust that we do not mean each other harm.

OCF CODE OF CONDUCT

We are an association of equals. Each and every member of our community is entitled to respectful and equitable treatment by all other participants. The Guidelines apply whenever and wherever we gather for OCF activities or discussion, in person or online.
The OCF is committed to the principles of
non–violence. Mental, verbal, physical, or sexual abuse will not be tolerated.
We share reverence for the land. Stewardship is everyone’s responsibility. Please help protect the plant and animal life whose space we share and work to extend this practice beyond the OCF and into daily life.
