Frog has passed away. Memorial at WOW Hall on January 18, 12-2pm. All are invited.
KindTree’s Ugly Sweater Party and contest is at Whirled Pies Dec 16, 5:30-8. All are invited, it’s free.
WOW Hall membership Party Dec 7, pm, Moon Bear is playing!
Emerald Ash Bearer walk onsite Saturday 12-2.

Council confirmation
All candidates confirmed except Banjo with no concerns expressed. Banjo had concerns expressed by all present council members as well as others. Banjo withdrew his application.

In person: Jan, April n May, location TBA, June onsite
Via Zoom only: Feb, March, June 2nd Thursday. No Hybrid meetings this year, expensive, might explore a video stream…
2024 Fair Feedback
Saturday night Fire was sweet, TwoFer appreciates folks who watched them. A new loop for kids is now available, that’s where they are. The cash donations to kid workers made a difference, with $140 left for this year. One kid wanted more that $4 to work, wanted $6. Childcare and kid workers did good.
Loved seeing teens dancing to Moon Bear. Walking at night past 3 stages that had DJ, loud and not her jam (Lala). Jain: Sound Committee meetings regularly at Fair, committee will be making policy… New generation can’t play instruments as much as past, that’s why there are more DJ’s. Fair Family bird walk on Fri and Sat morning, were very popular this year.
Booth coordinator meeting options
Kim and Kelsey…Early 2025 TBD then announced, maybe February. Maybe at EBHC, pretty much a social event. If Booth Coordinator is from out of town, send another boothie. Stay Tooned.

Shantell is going to Dallas will see Trumpers, and is doing a fundraiser there…Wow.
