Rick doing 2 booths. We have work parties, will need villager help, bring gloves and water and safe shoes. Red tag report: not happened yet in Village, House may have beam rot.
Fire Rap (5 minutes, Omo and David)
Lot of vegetation on site, might be rather dry this year. Each booth needs 2 buckets & 2 burlap bags (for slapping out fire with water from bucket) & large fire extinguisher (need one for camps, too) & shovels, exit plans from OCF should be studied when they are presented. How to use a fire extinguisher: PASS – pull, aim at fire bass, squeeze trigger, sweep. See a fire? Tell Info right away. Extinguisher can shoot up! No smoking, no open flames in tents, prolly gonna be fire season, think fire safety. Who is on Village Fire Crew?? ME!
Will we have a Village fire pit? Gotta wait and see. Council will apply for a permit.
Stack only 18” firewood for a stable wood pile.

Floods have been mild, though E 13th got scoured, lotsa gravel on path. Erosion has continued…top of loop will be out of commission, people will move. Shady Grove Stage will not be a stage, just for busking. Waddle fencing in that area will be torn apart, sorted for reuse. Omo sings the song…

Up to the booth…How would that be done? IC shares cost of Worker and SO, so do others.
John Flannery: Free passes go to specific booths, how to share between booth, can’t be enforced. Maybe pool money in free booths for cost booths. How would those donations be allocated? Maybe people pay full price and get some back when they get wristband… Our previous consensus would make sharing easy. OCF says free passes cannot be sold. Council cannot decide. John wants to be prepared for scrutiny. Will not be able to collect more money than owed. Needs to be under the radar, not involving John. Have booth coord meeting discuss this issue and come up with solutions, equity is of cost and of work is important to consider. Free No-cost passes reflect work done. On the Agenda Next Month?
