Banjo Mike: Back from a visit with dad in Astoria; excited about next year

Kevin Hillery: OCF Arborist; will discuss Emerald Ash Borer with village in January, wants to work with village to do a census of ash trees in the Community Village.
To do: Discuss ash tree census with Wild Edibles Booth and Community Village and make a plan with Kevin.

FAIR ANNOUNCEMENTS – 10
Jain: OCF used to have a grievance coordinator; Fair Care shareholder meeting Dec. 8, 6-8 PM on Zoom where OCF Fair Care work group will review Progressive Solutions document, which will replace OCF grievance policy.
Jain: OCF Board Elected; Tom Horn will be OCF Board facilitator; back from board retreat with lots of optimism. All agreed on officer position. One controversial topic: discussion of propriety of Lawrence Taylor on Bylaws Committee.
Sue: Dawn Lesley did not win in local elections 😦
COUNCIL CONFIRMATION – 15
Village members stood for council in October, initiating period of concern resolution, no concerns received.

Additional shadows will be invited to sign on in January.
Consensus: CV Coordinating Council members are confirmed.

Sara Sweatt, will update us before January meeting on negotiations to secure meeting space at Unitarian Church and outcome of discussions of non-profit rate. Church has monitor and camera for Zoom option. Fee amount TBD.

Tim: Nov. 10 at 9 PM at Old Nick’s Pub benefit for Kind Tree Autism Rocks called Dragaggedon, cos-play garb encouraged.
Karyn: KRVM 75th Anniversary, Dec. 3 with Sugar Beets, free tickets, 7:30 PM at McDonald Theater. Reserve tickets ahead of time for free. Other Bands? Strange Tones;
Sue: Wed, Nov. 30 at 7 PM at Growers Market; meeting for those interested in Extinction Rebellion, civil disobedience to save the world.
