Special OCF Information Meeting
There will be an informational meeting on Saturday, January 21, at 7:00 PM via YouTube on the member action to initiate a vote of membership on the removal of Jon Silvermoon as a member of the Oregon Country Fair’s Board of Directors. The purpose of this meeting is to answer questions and provide information, not to advocate for an outcome. Please attend the meeting to learn the specifics of the petition and information related to the vote, etc.

The deadline to register to vote in this member action is January 19, 2023. All Oregon Country Fair members will receive a ballot by mail to vote on this action. Domestic ballots will be mailed on January 19. If you have not received a ballot by Tuesday, January 31, contact elections@oregoncountryfair.org to receive a replacement ballot.
Ballots are due on Saturday, February 18, 8pm. They may be mailed or delivered to the OCF office but must be received at the office by this time. Postmarks do not count.

Some villagers have expressed their opinions in village lists, including that the recall is misguided, divisive, and falsely premised. Actually a fair question, how should newcomers get involved in Community Village?
By attending village meetings, introducing themselves, and participating in booth breakdowns starting at March village meeting.
By going to the People and Jobs page on the CV Website, reviewing the booths, and contacting a booth coordinator. Or contact a CV Coordinating Council Member who is the liaison to that booth and request an introduction.
