Below is access to two booth coord meetings, designed to help us all work together to create a successful Virtual Village event on July 11. We hope to discuss:
- Work together to brainstorm how to best showcase our booths’ missions
- Determine each booth’s participation in your Booth Hangout Zoom Room
- Encourage activists to develop a Zoom based workshop or presentation
- Ideas to create 2-7 minute “commercial” video for your activist organization or issue
- Discuss whether or not you want a “Village Green Hangout Room.”
All recorded content should be ready by our June 11 Village Meeting, or at least, as is needed for all proposed live stream bits, have a description of the content and a fairly accurate estimate of length so we can begin scheduling. Rehearsals of live stream bits will happen during the few weeks before July 11 so we can fix any tech issues that may arise.
