DECON PROCESS UPDATE – NATHAN – 10
Booths responsible for their own booth’s decon, but also village stuff: stage, water barrels, bamboo, more… We need more than one or two for right after Fair as gators are so busy. Proposal under review to staff this effort with a village decon lead and 3-4 member team recruited from booths, and count that effort for fulfilling village guidelines as 2 work parties, working Sunday evening, Monday, and Tuesday AM if needed. Passes are not included except for the village decon lead. Formal proposal will be presented at next meeting, seeking consensus.
Would they get fed? Not sure, will work on that. Typically, this required 2 work parties of 4-5 hours each as volunteers, heavy lifting, for the whole village, we hope regular villagers help when they can, too.
ELIGIBILITY FORMS FOR EACH BOOTH? DISCUSSION – KELSEY – 10
Past eligibility forms online for individual and service and groups are used for every booth. LV would like their own form. As it is now, Tim is the only one with access to the spreadsheets created by the submissons, so that each booth has privacy. He then copies and pastes each booth’s submissions in a separate spreadsheet that he sends out once or twice before all forms are due. This results in booth coords not knowing, when they want to see for themselves, who has signed up and who has not.
Tim can make a form for each booth if asked, with access to that specific form available to that booth coord anytime. Each would use the same criteria as now, depending on category.
Booth empowerment, maybe bring issues to larger community.
Let us decide, all get own booth, or Booth Coords ask Tim to do so for booths one at a time. Decide after booth breakdown. See below… BOOTHS PLEASE LET TIM KNOW WHAT YOU WANT. gwproj@pacinfo.com

MEETING FEEDBACK (STROKES & POKES) – 5
Loves watching Omo running around. Meeting was seemless, thank you, to Kat, too.
Even the booth breakdown was awesome.
Our out of town members really love virtual
Hugs….
OMMMMMMMM……..
From the chat:
Rick says need more passes for construction. Construction Coordinator needed in each booth. Need 4 construction pros each year, work more than many others. POST ON DRUM. Not there yet….
Theme Discussion: current fines for cringe worthy plays on words are 25 cents per incident, or enrollment in group support that can assist with interventions and mobile responses when uncontrollable quipping breaks out. Omo…?
I like including the concepts of love and peace – but neither of those without action are enough. So many of our booth members are doing the work. Wondering how to represent that.
A cool woman named Frida who came to a couple meetings earlier is interested in joining Health & Healing or Moon Lodge – who is the contact for these and their contact info? (She did not post her contact info)
Sharing our dreams; Or at least let’s talk about doing an article or other collaboration for MiradorMagazine.com and the print version TAVE’
